As a Founding Engineer at TransDirect, you are not only co-responsible for setting the technical direction, but you’re also deeply involved in the code yourself. You combine hands-on programming with technical architecture and play a key role in building both our platform and our engineering organization.
👉 WHAT YOU DO
- ⚙️ Technical design & architecture: You build features in TypeScript, develop APIs with Fastify, and contribute to the frontend in React. At the same time, you think critically about architecture and ensure code quality.
- 🚀 Project delivery: You take software from idea to production and guarantee quality through testing, reviews, and CI/CD.
- 🤝 Stakeholder management: You translate business needs into technical solutions and work closely with product and operations.
- 🎓 Innovation & knowledge sharing: You stay up to date with the latest developments in your field and encourage the adoption of new technologies within the team.
